VIII. Communication

The contractual parties may communicate via electronic mail for all written correspondence.

The Buyer shall send correspondence to the Seller's email address as provided in these Terms and Conditions. The Seller shall send correspondence to the Buyer’s email address registered in their customer account or provided in the order.
IX. Personal Data Protection

All personal information provided during transactions shall be treated as confidential. The Seller shall use such data exclusively for contract fulfillment, except for email addresses, which may be used for marketing purposes under applicable laws unless the Buyer opts out.

Personal data protection follows Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. The Seller is a registered data controller and commits to handling Buyer information in compliance with the law.

The Seller shall store and process personal data solely for contract fulfillment and marketing purposes, ensuring secure management.

The Buyer may request data deletion or updates at any time by contacting the Seller in writing.
X. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA), based at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, IČ: 000 20 869, internet address: https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is responsible for alternative dispute resolution related to the purchase contract.

The European Consumer Centre Czech Republic, located at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, website: http://www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz, is the contact point for online consumer dispute resolution as per Regulation (EU) No 524/2013.

The Seller is authorized to sell goods based on a trade license. Business inspections are conducted by the relevant Trade Licensing Office, and consumer protection oversight is provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
XI. Final Provisions

All legal relationships between the Seller and the Buyer shall be governed by Czech law. If the contract includes an international element, the parties agree that Czech law applies. Consumer rights under mandatory regulations remain unaffected.

The Seller is not bound by any codes of conduct in relation to the Buyer under Section 1826(1)(e) of the Civil Code.

The Seller holds all rights to the website content, including layout, photos, graphics, trademarks, and other elements. Any unauthorized use, copying, or modification of the website or its parts is prohibited.

The Seller is not liable for errors resulting from third-party interventions or unauthorized use of the Online Store.

The Buyer assumes the risk of changes in circumstances as per Section 1765(2) of the Civil Code.

The purchase contract, including these Terms and Conditions, is archived electronically by the Seller and is not publicly accessible.

The Seller may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions. Such changes do not affect rights and obligations established under previous versions.
These Terms and Conditions take effect on December 20, 2024.
